Job Description

Per Diem/Temporary Position, Hourly Employee                                                       

• Must be available for evening class .
• Excellent communication skills and eager to train students;
• Acts as model to the student body;
• Assists with adapting predetermined curriculum to different teaching modalities as assigned;
• Exemplifies professionalism and acts as the standard for students throughout the program;
• Cultivating relationships with local businesses;
• Performs other duties as assigned by the program coordinator;

Job Qualifications

Three to Five years’ experience working in the maintenance field with HVAC systems

• Has strong knowledge of how to repair/replace/maintain HVAC/R systems;
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic), along with a positive outlook and disposition required;
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with the students and peers, is essential;
• Adapts easily to the learning style of each student to promote success; 
• Accountable, efficient, and effectively works as part of the team;
