Job Description

HOURLY TEMPORARY POSITION

• Typically a person with limited work experience in this work area, requiring guidance and training by co-worker or Supervisor
• Unloads, unboxes, image, set-up, configures workstations
• Configuration and set-up of network devices (pc’s, hubs, switches, peripherals, etc.)
• Replaces damaged, non-functioning devices (workstations, printers, hubs, switches, telephones, etc.)
• Inventory/account tracking for h/w, s/w, and peripheral devices
• Forward networked related problems or symptoms to Lead or Sr. levels for corrective action
• Good communication skills
